Overview

Every item on Futurabile is authenticated and described with care. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to start a return, and how refunds are processed.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition received, with any original tags or accessories.
  • Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted on eligible new items; pre-owned returns are accepted if the item doesn’t match the listing.

Eligibility & Timeframes

New/Deadstock items

  • Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

Pre‑owned/Vintage

  • Returnable if the item materially differs from the listing description/photos.
  • Minor wear consistent with age that is documented in the listing is not grounds for return.

Once your return is approved, please ship it back within 7 calendar days. Returns shipped after that window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and items marked “as‑is.”
  • Underwear, socks, and face coverings.
  • Gift cards and store credit purchases.
  • Customized or altered items.
  • Items damaged by improper care after delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging when possible. Include all accessories and the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Ship with a tracked service. Keep your receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.

Condition Standards

  • Items must be clean, free of odors (smoke, fragrance), and in the same condition received.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, dust bags, and packaging must be included.
  • Do not remove factory tags or tamper with any authentication tags or seals.
  • Use protective packaging and avoid folding directly on printed graphics to prevent cracking.

Refunds, Fees & Processing

Refund methods

  • Original payment method for eligible returns.
  • Store credit on request or when an exchange isn’t available.

Timing

  • Inspection within 2–3 business days of delivery to us.
  • Refund issued 2–5 business days after approval.

Shipping & fees

  • Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Buyer covers return shipping for buyer’s remorse returns.
  • No restocking fee for returns due to our error; up to 10% restocking may apply to late or incomplete returns.

International Returns

  • Use a tracked service and mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise.”
  • Duties and taxes paid to your local authority are non‑refundable by us.
  • Any import charges due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll prioritize your case and provide a prepaid label when appropriate.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.
  • If an exchange isn’t available, we can issue a refund or store credit per your preference.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any eligible item at futurabile.org.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try on a shirt and still return it?

Trying on for fit at home is fine, but items must remain clean, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. Please avoid deodorant/makeup transfer.

Do you offer extended holiday returns?

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided items meet all eligibility criteria.

Are sale items final sale?

Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable. Other discounted items follow our standard policy unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How do I return a gift?

We can issue store credit to the recipient. Please provide the order number or the purchaser’s name and email to locate the order.

What if I missed the 14‑day window?

Contact us. While we can’t guarantee acceptance, we’ll review on a case‑by‑case basis. Late returns may incur a restocking fee or be declined.
